How It All Fits Together

A campaign has three phases. Find yours to see what matters and what we offer there.

    What we offer here

In any phase, you can book a strategy call. Until launch, you can also work with us month to month. Calls and mentorship

Hire us for one stage, or several

We are not an agency that runs your campaign from A to Z. You bring us in where it matters most: a call to decide, a review before you spend, a funnel built, or monthly mentorship until launch. Your team keeps the campaign, and the know-how stays with you.

The first weeks of prelaunch

Research

Before anything is built, a campaign is decided by three questions: is there demand for the product at the price it needs, who exactly buys it, and which channels reach those people.

Research answers them from what already exists: comparable campaigns and what they charged, competing products, and the ads, press and creators already reaching your audience. It ends with a clear buyer, a positioning and a short list of angles and channels worth testing.

What usually goes wrong

  • Building the page and the ads around a guess about who buys
  • Setting the price before looking at what comparable campaigns charged
  • Starting press and creator outreach weeks before launch, when it is too late to land

Where we help

We work through your research with you on calls: comparable campaigns, positioning, ad angles and which channels to test first. Mentorship fits this stage best, because launch is still far enough away to change course.

Before you build the audience

Validation

Validation tests demand with real commitment before you spend on launch. The usual test is a prelaunch page with a paid reservation: small ad tests send visitors, and they either reserve or they do not.

A pass means you build the audience. A fail means you rework the offer and test again, or stop, while it is still cheap to do so.

What usually goes wrong

  • Counting email signups as proof of demand
  • Testing with traffic that does not reflect your buyers
  • Tracking that cannot say which ad brought a reservation

The months before launch

Prelaunch

Once demand is proven, prelaunch builds the audience that funds the first days: people who follow the product, join its community, sign up and reserve, with press, creators and partners lined up for launch.

An email list is one part of it. What decides launch day is how many of those people already care about the product and are waiting for it.

What usually goes wrong

  • Collecting email addresses instead of people who care
  • Ads paying for signups the funnel loses
  • An audience that goes cold between signup and launch

The final weeks before launch

Final check

The last weeks of prelaunch settle what cannot change once you are live: platform, funding goal, duration, rewards, launch date and the headline price.

Then every piece launch day depends on has to work: the campaign page, links, tracking, launch ads, launch emails and every channel you run.

What usually goes wrong

  • A broken link or an untracked step found on launch day
  • Launch emails and ads not ready for the first hours
  • Decisions that lock at launch made by default

Launch week to the last 48 hours

Live campaign

A live campaign has three moments: launch week, when momentum is won or lost; the middle, when pledges slow; and the final days, when urgency brings people back.

What the page shows a visitor decides whether traffic turns into pledges. Changes made early reach every later visitor; changes made in the last days reach few.

What usually goes wrong

  • Visitors arriving and leaving without pledging
  • Stretch goals and add-ons that give no reason to pledge more
  • Waiting for the last days to change what is not working

From the close to delivery

Post-funding

When the campaign closes, the work moves to your backers: a pledge manager and surveys to collect choices and addresses, regular updates while you manufacture, late pledges to keep selling, then fulfilment.

Along the way comes the bigger decision: open your own store, sell on marketplaces, or go into retail. The list and the data the campaign built are worth the most if that store is ready when backers receive their rewards.

What usually goes wrong

  • Backers left without updates while production slips
  • Late pledges switched on with no plan to send traffic
  • A store opened months later, after the list has gone cold

Where we help

On calls we plan the months after funding with you: the pledge manager, backer updates, late pledges and whether, when and how to open a store.
